Anyone got any idea when a release of this will come with Bluetooth 4.2, USB 3.1 type C and a good display?

When referring to any laptop Clevo makes, please quit saying “And Origin has partnered with XYZ to bring you this or that”. Origin doesn’t do anything other then slap their name on the laptop and load some bloatware. Giving Origin credit for anything other then charging more money is disingenuous to your readers. You can get any Origin laptop from a multitude of different websites as Sager/Clevo for a lot cheaper…a whole lot cheaper.

Can anyone send me the wallpaper in this laptop sample above? I would be very grateful for that. :) weslie05@gmail.com

      Origin also has a 17-inch EON17-X too 😀

I use my Alienware 14 mainly for audio recording and production, so the thought of a full desktop processor in a laptop does make me tingle a little bit.
You mention that the CPU will be upgradable, but am I wrong in thinking that Intel generally change the chipset/socket type between generations making it impossible to upgrade to a new generation Intel part?

    1. Kevin Lee says:

Unfortunately you’re right. The EON15-X uses a LGA 1150 socket so you’ll only be able to get side-stepping upgrades. The good news is that should last you a few years.
